Application Form

Applications will be accepted from Monday 11th October until 4:00 pm on Monday 1st November

Applications must be posted or handed in to the school. They cannot be accepted by email.

Applications received after this date will be considered and processed as late applications in accordance with the school’s Admission Policy.

Application forms can be downloaded from the link above and are also available by post or email.

You must enclose the original birth certificate of the child and proof of your address with the completed form.

The birth certificate will be copied by the office and returned to you.

To help you with the admissions process, our team will be available on the phone from Monday 11th October.

Please call 01 4519399 or email leaving a contact number, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

After the closing date (1st November) all applications will be reviewed and places will be offered as outlined in the Admissions Policy.

By November 17th 2021 you will receive a letter from the school and if you are offered a place you will be asked to accept the place and complete Part 2 of the application which will be enclosed with the letter. Part 2 must be returned to the school by December 1st 2021.
