Transition Year

11-June-18

Needs editing

Over the course of Transition Year we aim to provide opportunities for students to develop, experience a range opportunities and become an independent and self-motivated learner. We also aim to help prepare for adult life through contact with work experience and career interest. In addition, we aim to develop a civic awareness in our Transition Year students through serving the local community on a voluntary basis, through fund-raising and a variety of social awareness projects.

Following a busy induction week students settle into their timetables. During the first term students participate in a four day personal growth and team building residential trip to Carlingford Adventure Centre.
